If all the information the OP posted is true and there is nothing left out he is OK. However if there are things left out or untrue things posted that OK is no longer applicable.

I had to reread to understand your question. I think you are referring to the report required under Part 383.31 (B), don't worry about this. It is one of the most violated rules the FMCSA has. If you are referring to an MCSAP/CVSA/DOT inspection report get it faxed ASAP.

See here I don't know what to think. First page said not paid, asking for suspension for sure, second page revealed he paid.

    So which is it?

$11.00 for cat scale is a whole lot cheaper than weigh station ticket ... food for thought next time..

OP is not forthcoming in giving out information. If OP did submit for their DAC this morning, then why post you are worried about your DAC?

Did the OP just take the load and run with it or did the OP Scale the load?

If scaled was it legal, how much were they over at the scale house?

Your questions are silly. First it is one of the primary reasons someone DOES send off for a copy of their DAC Is worry about what is on it. Next it is pointless to hound the OP about the events leading up to the scalehouse. He was overweight, admitted to it and paid the fine. What else do you want the poor guy to do?

Re-read the OPs first post. In it he said the fine was paid.

Unless it is repetitive, an over weight ticket is no big deal.

Still trying to figure out what the OP wants for advice?

6 months ago got ticket and paid it, but was actually like 5.
suggested DAC and MVR, they send for it this morning.
Op was hired a week ago, again a pre-hire or actually out of orientation.

so the only thing I can see is the OP's want's us to decide for him if they should notify their former company.

    G13Tomcat Thanks this.

If I was the OP, instead of being worried if they should notify the other company or not, simply call them and talk to safety. Ask them if they want a copy of the ticket and the proof that it was paid since it was a company truck.

    problem resolved
