    I think he was saying I need to make my neck smaller, that would just stretch it. I mean I appreciate the thought and all but I don't think that is going to work.

    I listen to road dog channel on Sirius and they've had reps on from fmcsa on saying that the medical examiners have not been instructed to diagnose for sleep apnea. That there is no reg by the fmcsa on sleep apnea at this time.

    They also said that if you run into an examiner that will not give you a medical without a sleep apnea test, get a second opinion and fit you to report that examiner to the fmcsa.
