US express don't run there drivers u will never make over 800 dollars if u if get to make 800 dollars consider yourself luck it won't happen often they do a sliding pay scale if u don't believe me call a recruiter and ask them do they do a sliding pay scale a sliding pay scale means if u run over 500 miles u will get around 29 cents per mile and if u run less miles u will get 37 to 40 cents per mile do the math with your miles u will see its not worth working for them

uh oh.
Note: first 8 weeks, Team Driving up to 32 CPM
UP to 32CPM split? while teaming?????
http://www.usxjobs.com/truck-driver-jobs/recent-graduates/pay-benefits/
Averitt pays 37CPM going solo right out of school, Crete 34-35CPMWild Murphy Thanks this. -
Not as much as u think when your over the road and teaming expect to be out running and being home 4 times a month if u are lucky personally I would never want to run team I know u training but u never make money as a team unless if the team has the money going to one household then u win but until u put your time in and then find a good company u will never get home they way u want and sometimes the day u suppose to go home u won't get there due to shippers and receivers or traffic and hours of service keep that in mind

When u team u make less if not the same as a solo driver best to be solo and u need to find a company that has a lot of drop and hooks that's how u make your money no matter how many cents per mile u make if u spending time sitting at shippers and receivers and waiting on loads making 50 cents per mile I could be running getting paid 25 cents per mile and make more money then u cause I'm running and your sitting

My first load I didn't get to deliver due to a trailer blow out. But my first full load was from Tennessee to Reno, Nv. And I found out that IH80 is a looonnng sob.TruckDuo Thanks this.
