So long story short I got in an accident while driving for this temp company... It was really foggy and the main road was closed so I had to re-route and I didn't see the clearance sign for an underpass until it was too late...
The damage wasn't too bad, I was able to continue delivering, but I'm worried this will stop me from getting a permanent job...
Is it possible that they already looked at my driving record before yesterday?? And how long does it take for something like this to show up??
Got in an accident yesterday, I have an interview today...

Got the job, hopefully nothing shows up on the Background check
Forgot to mention the police came out and wrote a report on it, nothing I had to sign though -
If your driving a CMV that requires a CDL your company is required to do a yearly review of your driving record. If per chance anything arising from this accident hits your MVR your company will see it when they do that review. Proceed with caution.
