Well there's one huge problem with smokers: They believe the smoke stays within a 3 foot radius of them while they are smoking, lol! Sorry pal, I can smell a smoker from a LONG ways away.

If a guy here at work is smoking standing just outside an open overhead door, the entire building will smell, I can smell it 100 feet away.

Ok so as long as my trash isn't lit on fire, it's cool to toss it out my window, right? HAHA.

ya pretty much farting in the mouth is great way to put it. Smoke with your windows up so I don't have to smell it and enjoy the fresh air.

Ummm, is that statement directed toward me? Where exactly did I even hint that its okay to throw trash out of your window, let alone trash that's not on fire? What the hell are you talking about?

I love how up tight and picky some people are toward smokers.... There's a lot of things worse then having to smell a faint bit of smoke every once in a while. If you like fresh air so much why don't you go hang yourself from a tree in the middle of the woods.... There's a lot worse fumes floating around the air at a truck stop then a little bit of cigarette smoke...

Sucks that you got a 125.00 ticket, i have to disagree with it being a mistake, if you ment to throw it out the window and have thown them out many times before, to me its not a mistake. Ive been hit by them as im riding on my motorcycle on the highway and last thing i want to do is take my eye off the road and dig it out of shirt or jacket if it didnt bounce off.

Cancer? :biggrin_2556: I do recall something about "cancer" on the side of every single pack I buy. I believe its called something like "Surgeon Generals Warning"

All the propaganda of the past 30 years not-withstanding, a little second hand smoke once in a while is not going to hurt you. You probably eat all sorts of processed foods, corn syrup, genetically engineered foods, dairy products tainted with radiation from the Fukishima disaster, fast food - all sorts of garbage like that - and you're worried about a little second hand smoke that you might get a whiff of every now and then?

Why would you throw garbage, let alone flaming garbage out the window?

I just don't understand some people.
