Hmm... I wonder if you could go ahead and accept the $350 FTA, and then get the feds to charge the cop (and his employer) under the RICO act based on the evidence? The evidence seems to point to racketeering rather than pursuit of justice here...

 

Don't count on it to be 100% accurate all the time, but my rand GPS tells me of upcoming speed limit changes.

I believe I would take the 49 in a 45. I wouldn't trust the Failure to Appear. I read all the time about people in our county getting arrested on Failure to Appear. You get pulled over in that state again, they might just lock you up.

 

I was wondering the same thing but as I lack knowledge about things like that I just went along with the flow.

If a FTA shows on your record does that not open a potential employer to ask more questions as to why you would get/have an FTA and would they not think that if you had an FTA that maybe you lacked responsability.

Just my questions.
