We had arrived there yesterday. After truck 2's third attempt at making weight.

Finally called LS and said either they load the truck the way the driver is instructing them, or cut the load, cause we're done. Agent won't answer phone, head in sand.

Next trip to scale if it doesn't make it, I will have him rent a pallet jack, a forklift delivered, and that shipper will find his #### in the parking lot. Play time is all done now.

Agent calls. I mother #### him for 5 minutes.

S calls. "They took a pallet off. It weighs."

Gee golly gosh. How F hard was that?

"Won't scale, I'm not pulling it".
"Can you slide your 5th wheel?"
"Maybe, but anything that's this heavy, I'm not even gonna try."
"Well, bring it around and we'll pull some off."
    "Cool."

There's a place in Missouri waaaaaaayyyy at the bottom of a ravine that ships 45k+ loads of dog food. To get out, you have to climb about a 7 or 8 % grade for about 3 miles. Nope.

many years ago, the company i had worked for, had Circut City as a customer.

i only used to take the loads straight back to MA, (from the circut city dc near Dosewell, VA.??)

but my company had a bright idea, have me make deliveries all up I-95..

ok, first stop, someone comes out and tells me to break the seal....so...i break open the seal so i can back into the dock.

man, you'd had thought i'd had raped the store manager (i might as well had), she was hoot'n and hollering, when she came out.

i told her that i was told, to break the seal, she went on that the person had no right to tell me that.

i told her to ####, i didn't know YOU had to break the seal, now get inside and unload this tailer you....."B".....yes, i actually called her the "B" word......i could care less at that point.

i could care less how i speak when someone starts screaming at me....

i was of course reprimanded by not only my boss back in MA, but every boss back in VA at the home terminal.

i never had another Circut City store delivery anymore after that.

i was the top driver out of my terminal, and ran like the wind, and they loved it......i never complainned and demanded more runs, but NEVER had more than one log book.....

can't say if i was low man and not as hard running, if i'd had gotten away with that.

Its just funny to me when we get told to do something and do it and then somebody else comes and says no thats wrong and then proceeds to blame us for THEIR communication problems, and in the end were always the ones that get ####ed .... Truckin is a hell of a game sometimes i tell ya
