10-4 brother!! I will be looking into it and thanks for letting me know they hire right out of school.

It'll be awesome if I could find something like that right off the bat :)

Each area is different, Just speaking for my AO ( Area Operations) Each and every terminal is run different, Then those Terminal Managers ( TM ) push / pull people for the job or not. ( management dictates ) if you are worthy of becoming a employee ( they are non union )

PS: Get along with your TM and people in the front office at the terminal.

If you ran local tell me how your food budget would be vastly different. You will still eat lunch and dinner at the least. Even if you brown bag lunch groceries still cost money. You can stop at about a million Walmarts on the road and coolers don't cost that much and usually last 2 years or so. I never get this notion that road expenses are so much greater OTR. If you eat cheap at home then you can eat cheap on the road, if you like to go out to lunch then you would be doing the same thing on the road. You don't spend money everyday on gas, if you're single your energy bills are lower. Less wear and tear on you car, less temptations to impulse buy on the road. I just don't get it.

    Numb Thanks this.
