Got sent home from Schneider training, what company should I go to now?

They are only taught what they need to pass the dmv test.

 

That's a #### shame ! I went to school in 1986 and we were trained on all transmissions and the instructors were like drill sargeants ...well if anything else I have a new understanding that some of these guys arnt lazy or dumb but poorly trained .

 

You can do much better than Averitt. Check Post #41.
There's good reasons Averitt is known as a member of the "3 headed snake" family of trucking companies.

 

If he doesn't have a year experience Millis may make him go through school again.

 

Don't Judge what or who he shifts is non of our business.... lol

 

Make your decision where to go based on what you feel is best for you. Don't let anybody from this website detour where you would like to go, with negativity.

 

I was going to try for Schneider... them or JB Hunt... for rail

 

Most people do not understand the main thing about shifting is learning to tap your feet to the sound of the motown beat while sitting in your pete.

 

Averitt runs a 100% auto fleet believe.

 

Magnum, JBL, Stevens, are all good tries.
