Been in a few bad situations starting out myself. It sucks but then again if you come on forum to ask for advice and get it. It really is not out of the question to give feedback on what happened. This is a great learning tool for everyone good and bad.

If it was me I would say exactly what happened and thank everyone that had offered some advice. Even if I gave up!

nope i care about continuing to help him. life changes everyday. because that door close on the truck doesnt mean his life door has to close. i been there done that. he's better off throwing in the towell and moving forward. then to keep throwing the dice. he gave it his best.

I believe he made bad decisions. Getting into trucking was only one of them. I am dick. I know it. Life is about choices. He needs to learn to make better ones.

 

Chapter 7 and chapter 13 in GA. One is walk away owe nothing and the other you agree to some sort of repayment plan. Your mortgage and property are a consideration. This guy was getting cc apps just weeks after walking away.
