I only get rumours of Con-Way TL. It pretty much started when the bought CFI based out of Texas. Their training probably hasn't changed from CFI. They drive the big Kenworth's. I'm LTL City p&d. I'm told it's easier to transfer from TL to LTL than the otherway round. They don't like to loose LTL drivers that have already that have already accepted loading freight with towmotors. There may come a day when I need OTR. I'm keeping Con-Way TL in mind. so I hope you have good experiences. It does seem to be a fair company.
