Got USDOT and MC numbers and need advice about BOC-3

    Hello,
    I am starting to drive on my own and filled out the applications for USDOT and MC numbers. At this point I need insurance and the BOC-3 fillings. I contacted a company https://ct.wolterskluwer.com/ and they said they would do all states for 2,137$ (39$ per state plus 226$ fee). Does this sound fair because I saw other companies offer the same service for 25$ (per state I assume)? Thank you.

    25-30 bucks seem to be the going rate but that is for the entire country not per state.

    I'm not real sure, because I got started 7 years ago, but I think your insurance company who ever you go with takes care of it.
