yeah thats truck driving 101 CHECK UR ROUTE no matter who gives it to you, it takes what an extra 10 15 min tops to ensure yourself ur not gonna get a ticket or worse hit a bridge..ill take the 10 15 min anyday..if i stop i check it again just in case but IMO my 5y/o GPS routes me better than maptuit 98% of the time..maptuit looks at a shorter distance rather than highways, every time i decide to follow qualcomm directions down smaller highways or state roads i regret it, its stop and go 30,45,55 MPH SUCKS, rather go the 20 miles out of route to get there quicker and safer...

i use microsoft streets and trips for my routing and navigation but to get to a shipper and consignee, i use google maps with satellite view so i can see where the truck entrance is * if picture is updated * so far it went accurate but still it's only for a visual reference before i roll to the locations and i've been saving a lot of precious time by doing it

well i did it. i followed my GPS blindly, and i ran into a 13' bridge and topped my truck and my trailer. Sitting in Columbus right now wondering whats going to happen next.
