Can get bogged down with short runs.
Deliver taking most of the day, then dispatched 50 miles for your next load that picks up the next morning, then that load delivers 300 miles away the day after tomorrow.
I'd look for a reefer outfit that has long runs.
I read that Flat Creek is dry van, but runs lots of Interstate 10 as far as California.
