I actually think it's better to get a little OTR experience first. That way, you have experience in every type of situation imaginable. I think it's easier to go OTR to local than the other way around. Regional ain't bad, I looked at it as local extended.....I knew of someone who's husband worked for Hirschbach. He did well over there, as they go all 48. They have a lot of customers so they're never short on loads. I can't speak on the others.
