I don't do Facebook either, just hit play.
It shows how more weight at the rear acts like a pendulum and causes an uncontrollable situation when it starts to swing. -

And as stated: I grasp the concept. This wouldn't be new to me, where it concerns the philosophy / dynamics / physics of such an event. -
