Does piss me off that I'm never late , don't ##### , go to ghettos , keep their truck showroom condition and it's like no big deal we will get 10 more like ya lol.

Our safety department fired a guy for getting run into a wall. Truck needed a new steer tire, some cosmetic work although driveable, and a fuel filter housing. Here was a driver who ran 3600 mikes a week, hand or machine polished his wheels and tanks, hand washed his truck, wrote up faulty equipment, pre tripped every day, checked tire pressure weekly.

He had worked there for 11 years, and was just cleared in court of the citation he was issued. I worked wrecks as a cop for 8 years and know his truck was hit by another truck. Saferty director made the call to fire him, in spite of me telling him the day before there were six cameras facing the scene that would clear him.

It's said ad nauseam, and it's true. Big companies really care about the bottom line, and the look out for themselves. You look out for you first every time. Good luck Bzinger.

China makes mcdonalds money.He doesn't care who he picks up long as they tip him which is nothing more then what a waitress gets at a mom and pops diner.He showed me his tip money mostly in pennies he was so proud of that.Me on the other hand the clients I pick up and take them where they need to go are rich and leave me wealthy tips.

 

Chances are the replacement will NOT be as good as the driver the company fired after 11 years on the job.
