Not Laredo. Maybe Midland-Odessa. Not a recent pick judging from the fuel prices.

I was trying to deliver a load of rain coats to the local Bass pro shop, slipped off the excellent road somehow.

That looks like a 'road' I used sometimes back in the 70's. I got my car stuck on that road after a heavy rain, and that is a fun story to tell.

There is a sign posted as you enter the road...
    "Dangerous, but passable."
Back in high school we called it 'D but P'. It was one of our make out spots because it was so seldom used.

Prodded an old memory; in Pa. near Jim Thorpe, there is a road, or "Trail," up the side of a mountain; I had a Chevy LUV truck - 4X4, Got to top, and made it a "Love" truck for the afternoon, baby crib mattress and sleeping bag in back, aluminum cap, Good times, OK; then it's time to go.
There is nowhere to turn around?? It just stops! no end?
So I did a 40 point K turn, or have to back down 2 miles.
    Ahhh; to be young again.

The sad part is that they already do have an incentive to train the drivers correctly; there's a bonus tied to the student's ranking once they drive 30k miles solo. The higher the ranking, the larger the bonus. Obviously, if you want the largest bonus possible, you want to supply your student with the tools to run at Platinum, which means 99.5% on-time with zero accidents and at least something like 2100 miles a week (fun fact, if you see a Diamond driver truck out in the wild, that just means the driver's been running those Platinum requirements for at least 3 years straight)...

So you're impatient, judgemental, and a left lane bandit... yeah, I don't think this is a Swift problem. And after the week I've had, I'll be among the first to acknowledge that Swift isn't winning any Company of the Year awards anytime soon

Would that happen to be Liberty Paper in Becker, MN? Because I got stuck there for a hot minute once... watched more than a few trucks from supposedly "superior" companies either manage that for themselves or come #### close
