    True that!

Crappy rates = crappy drivers and GreatWide has been a bottom feeder from the outset!

I don't think it is just the greatwide drivers.. I saw a Freymiler truck take a right turn at a stop light going into the WMDC in Terrell Texas they other night(if any of you know the location) at the Little truckstop on that FM road going into the Dc.. and drug his trailer through the ditch. I don't mean 1 side I mean both.. He was going to fast in to big of a hurry.. The funny thing is he blew 3 tires.. but he pulled it through.. Then another driver not a greatwide.. but Froust or something like that went across the RR tracks on one of the feeder roads that are clearly marked no exit, wrong way.. Of course he was probably confused by the fine for crossing tracks sign.. LOL.

Also remember you guys seem to be in places with high amounts of GW trucks.. So you will see more ####### from that company.. The biggest problem I see with GW drivers is speed.. They like to drive entirely to fast... (atleast some) but CSA 2010 will weed them out.

That would have been Holiday weeks. Is that an average 2 weeks?None of their OWN freight,is the problem. My husband took a load to Ca.from Va,he got a call yesterday from Landstar(it was their load)telling him they had a load comming back to Ky.for 3300.He told them "are you crazy?I can't haul for that"That load will show up today on GW load boards and under broker load,it will say "false".:biggrin_2559:

Last year I worked 335 days and grossed 81000.. do the math. those holiday weeks are our busiest times. Back before this centralized dispatch we have now I did 80000 in 5 months. Just cant get steady work anymore.

I don't know anything about their centralized dispatch or their van/reefer div.I do know the flat/step div.are pretty much on their own as for freight.GW doesn't have any of their own freight.Last year was bad,we're just trying to get ahead enough to leave the sorry company.:biggrin_25526:

cargomasters look it up... They just don't inform drivers they have loads until the last possible minute.. When they realize they can't get it covered. I am not defending they I just think they are grade a crooks
