    :biggrin_25523:This seems to be where lots of O/O are nowadays, not to mention the larger companies............as long as there is greed, drivers will continue to be taken advantage of (or at least try to be), why does everyone think that the driver is an expendable commodity.................

    Lets see if I can clear this up.

    Without Greed, we don't have any Economy. You don't have an employer or product to deliver.
    Greed is a "four letter word" for smart business sense.
    The lower the cost of operating a business the more Profit that company makes.
    The more profit a company makes the more they can expand and compete with less "expensive" companies.
