I posted a few months ago about starting with Millis Transfer but ended up not going due to them going to automatics only for their cdl schools, I didn’t want the restriction so I went to technical school and received my cdl their. I don’t see much info on HOW on here and was just wondering if anyone had info on them(besides the low starting pay). Also I have an interview Scheduled with groendyke and really just want to make the better choice for my starter company I start with, any info from current/past drivers about miles, how they liked the company is what I’m looking for.

I posted not so long ago to another person about Groendyke. I have never driven there but my brother did several years ago and he really liked it.

He was home on a regular basis (every wknd) if I remember correctly. I know for a fact that he made better than the average trucker wage.

He worked out of the Baton Rouge terminal and only left because he got a job in the refinery he pulled out of.

I believe there is a groendyke thread on here somewhere.

Don’t know much about HOW but they have pretty plain trucks and go slow. Lol.

If you’re in it for the money Groendyke wins by a mile.
