I would stay away from this outfit. I saw them lay a driver off just because he couldn't get along with 2 other drivers and the other 2 drivers were doing stuff to intentionally upset the driver that got laid off. They have gotten rid of most of their dispatchers that knew what was going on and replaced them with people that don't have a clue about anything to do with trucking or hauling fuel. They claim to have a fair and equal dispatch, ha ha. It's fair if you're one of their buddies but not for the rest. If you like to work a 16 hour shift while another driver sits at home and gets paid more than you to do nothing, then go for it. Your loads will be changed multiple times per day and none of it will make any sense. Nothing about this place makes any sense. They will get rid of good hands and keep those that are messing up. They have had one driver that had a spill so bad the fire department had to come out and that's just one of the spills he's had. The Amarillo drivers are steering wheel holders at best and that's what they want, people to do exactly what they're told and not question anything no matter how stupid it is.
