    Not really sure how you arrive at the conclusion there is opportunity.

    Before you hire a driver, you need to drive yourself and learn all the DOT rules and all the tricks that drivers and brokers and shippers will play on you. After u get finished with that come back here and thank everyone. We can't even begin to tell u all the things you don't know.
