Growing my Fleet

Hello everyone
This my first time posting a thread I own a single unit trucking company out of Concord ,NC. I've been in business for 3yrs and have had my Authority for a year now. My wife and I have managed to secure one dedicated freight opportunity that we've been running for the last year and using various load boards for backhauls. We are considering bidding on a few lanes that run either out of our area or into our area. What we are looking for is experience on how to bid on dedicated lanes and whether to contract owner operators under our Authority or higher drivers for the additional units that we purchase?
