So still with Werner. Back on a dollar account.
    Making good money.
They upped the pay. Only doing 3 loads a week. Making 1k-1200 a week.
Had some bites. No offers yet.
    Got one.
    Wants me bad.
Class b running a vacuum tanker again.
    18/hr, no ot.
    Paid health, no dental.
    5 day work week.
Not sure if I want to run home for 720 a week pre tax and no dental.
Good reputable company, but no A work and no A money.
    I'm in Boston.
720 a week to those of you in the south is great.
Rent and basic utilities run me to the tune of 1200 a month.
Throw in car insurance, cell phone, etc that's another 350 a month.
So out of the 2k a month post tax, I keep 500.
    Grr.

@BostonTanker ... with your background and skills, can you 'negotiate?!?' Say, $22 . . . ? Tell him since you are not 18 and don't drive like one, you deserve the extra four~! Just my $.02 . . . That's thinkable.

2K for three loads a week versus 5 days of feeding a tanker.. hmm..

I'll keep the 2K and three loads a week.

Look into the south. You Yankees pay too much for everything. You think you have some sense by now.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

If I was a new driver I would take that wage because how many starter companies pay much more then that. But for a veteran driver that's an insult.

Says the guy with no reading comprehension. He said 1,000 to 1200 a week on the three loads not 2,000
