    I heard at XPO that newer drivers are basically on-call 24/7 and don't get many hours. Not sure if it's true or not. Just by what I read on indeed reviews. Any feedback on that?

    No. Every barn is different. Your generally on the flex board when your new, but you may get hired right into a bid position.

    Another company hiring is TDI (transport depot inc) there out of milton black and orange peterbilts hauling lumber and brick to lowe’s stores and construction sites . $26-28 a hr my neighbour worked there for a few weeks but left because they lied and said he could bring passenger . He seems like a big time job hopper so don’t base anything on him leaving because they lied about bringing passengers. i seriously thought of applying

    They expect you to work 70 hours a week? Company obviously thinks they are slave owners.

    Most barns run 60-70 hrs a week. All depends on location and length of Linehaul runs for that location. City guys work 50-60 a week.we also get OT after 60. Most highway guys are over 100k a year.

    Molson is looking for a shunt guy for etobicoke location .$19.93 for probation time $23.31full time . i figured the rate would be at least $26 a hr being union
