Got into this mess.
Brief review, company is Lithuanian, former driver owner so called. Company driver 60 cents per mile, check around 1000$ per week on my first ELD.Regional - depends where they put you, i got worse line available, through Chicago back and forth. Spent 3 months with them(Aug,Sept,Oct).
Orientation - that mofo who runs it is a goon, gangster like attitude with everything included, bell rings from the start.
Than - Truck assignment through road test near yard, yard is packed with empty trucks looks like drivers don't want work there - me either. Trailers in bad condition with issues.
Yard is very small, cant even park there, facilities very outdated and ugly, you can see this company is on free fall with morons in charge who does not care at all. Gated place, on arrival need call to Lithuania where Lithuanian answers you and opens a gate, once waited 2 hours at 1 am Saturday.
Payroll rude as hell, every time you call them they shout at you and dropping phone often.
Dispatch office is tiny with few people sitting there also Lithuanians.
Shop is also packed with Lithuanians and some polish, rap from 90s runs loud as hell there, can not hear what person talks next to you. Just a communist mafia in the heart of Chicago.Lithuania is former USSR.
They work like twats, you go get the load and 50% never deliver it, you need come to yard drop it, and pick up another loaded trailer dropped by other driver, thus you always have same 3000 miles every week, and burning a lot of time in traffic.
Now the most interesting part, after 2 months they called me to the yard and gave me another ELD - told me before that they want to help me make more money, never explained what is that for, just said upgrading system and my ELD has to be replaced; so the trick was that ELD was some way connected to outside of US so they were able to modify logs, started to run me day and night with small amount of sleep and check did not go up much, reached to 1700$ per week, lasted 1 month and quit that ####. Once had late loading spent 12 hours sitting waiting getting loaded, they paid me 15$ for that and in statement put as 8 hours only.Lots of manipulation and lies.
Bad experience overall, the fund deduction weekly escrow, they never returned to me, as well as last week also they kept, on my request answer was - your last statement is all you get.
Piece of #### morons and ####, really worst experience ever, dispatch acting like a ruler of the world and completely does not give a F about you.
constant stress from safety department, almost daily calls, talking camera inside cab, lack of sleep due to fake logs, small pay, constant pressure from dispatch, bad route inside and around Chicago all the time.
They lie everything to you on the phone before they take you to orientation, claimed money spent to get to them will be refunded, never happened 3 times talked to payroll, fuking liars.
That was my experience with them, bad move, regret sitting with them 3 months, should quit immediately.

Never ever ever work for any Chicago company or else this will not be your last bad review. Stop believing you will find a good one in a sea of poop. Chicago foreigner owned trucking companies are wackjob scumbags. They will never make the money they make here in their country shoveling dung. Them making entry level business money is enough for them to run off like chickens to their country. If something really bad happens to them here legally which it never does.They are just playing with our legal system that is low key unjust corrupt. Because our citizens don't vote out unjust Mayors and Governors and question new candidates about ending all this corrupt madness. It is the politicians job as public servants to end corruption. From Police officers to corrupt judges shady attorneys. And blind FMCSA not protecting drivers also but only stomping on them with more regulations.
I can almost guarantee your driver license has been attacked with lies on CDL Scan. Because that is what these Chicago trucking companies do to burn good drivers who get fed up or don't accept their long scam contracts.
