Sorry if I missed it, but a useful piece of information that may help you out is knowing what metro area you are near.

Just get your CDL and start driving. Its very easy to do.

The kind of trucking I am doing is hard work, but will probably reach 80k by the end of next month. Pulling in that kind of money who cares about a restriction? You'll have the capital down the road to get that restriction removed if thats what you want.

FFE hires all over the country, but only Texas residents can attend their Texas school. They have other schools besides Texas.
Plenty of other companies hire Pittsburg students for their school.

Where do you live? I live in pa but I am from va. I got mine with 3 kids, no hubby and no family but social services had a daycare service for me to go and get it done. They had other options too. They would pay a friend of mine to watch my kids and they had a separate program called workforce development that would have paid if I didnt qualify for

Most states will pay for CDL training...if you go though a local community college..and if your unemployed...check with your local unemployment office

    Evergreenapple Thanks this.

PA really doesn’t pay for anything, tried going to community college and The state only paid like $150 of it with a grant. I have a job, and it pays the bills, but barely, even if I was unemployed, the unemployment office still wanted $3000 of the $5000 the community college charges

    Can't never could do nothing.

Find a way... or bag groceries.

Crap, or get off the pot.

    Shall I continue?
If you want it, you'll find a way.
