I am learning a lot reading here. It's nice to have a forum where us new to the industry can see what others have done from experience.

I think this question is asked more than any other on this forum. Even I asked it myself a year ago. I miss my guns
The easy way to remember which states do not allow guns are the ones with the most crime.
x#1 Thanks this. -
There is NO federal law as stated about carrying a gun in your truck. I did for years but was an O/O. Most companies don't or won't let you carry and you have to know what states won't let you. As long as you have a permit for the gun with your name and serial number or a CCW permit you will be fine.

There is something odd about this, this guy just randomly came into this house, beat the crap out of the lady, then left. Didn't steal anything, didn't sexually assault her, didn't kidnap the kid, just beat the crap out of the poor lady. Could it be, that, the husband may be beind this somehow? Just saying, why would a thug break into a house just to beat the crap ouuta somebody like that! People just don't break into house just to beat the crap out of somebody for no reason at all unless there is something to gain from it. Stay tuned for more on this one, hubby either owed somebody some money or, he wanted to take the wife outta the picture.landstar8891 Thanks this.

Okay, it looks like he did take some jewelry... Still a little odd to me though.. Not that he doesn't deserve to be shot or anything like that.

Please offer the specific federal statute that states it is illegal for an O/O to carry in their vehicle....
To carry a loaded firearm (handgun) in PA, you do need either a PA LTCF (for PA residents) or an appropriate permit/license from a reciprocal state OR a PA non-resident LTCF. PA residents can Open Carry on foot without a LTCF, non-residents may need a non-resident license or appropriate permit/license from a reciprocal state. Our Attorney General (Kathleen Kane) has been screwing around with the laws covering open carry and non-residents, as well as changing reciprocal agreements. Please be sure you are up to date before you carry here. -
Unless you are a retired LEO you cant carry in Illinois.
-
Chances are if your name is "Smoking Bowls" you probably have born to lose or a pot leaf tattooed on your forearm so no YOU cant carry a gun.

My name is SmokinBoles "see profile for def" No smoking or drinking. NO drugs either. No tattoos and I do carry.x#1 and Shyne_E_Star Thank this.
