    Congress can not compel a private enterprise to give access to drivers to relieve themselves; this will get overturned in the courts because of the problem of who will enforce it.

    Just remember this - if you think government intervention is a great thing, look at the ELD on your dash and tell me how much you love that.

    A simple Google search shows you are incorrect.

    • Number of Facilities:
      OSHA provides guidelines on the minimum number of toilet facilities required based on the size of the workforce. For example, companies with 15 or fewer employees may only need one unisex bathroom, while larger companies have specific requirements for the number of toilets based on employee count.
    All that is required is to extend the requirements to outside contractors such as delivery personnel.

    There are non-govt solutions. Govt doesn't solve problems they shift problems from one set of people to another set of people. This law will just crowd customer property with porta-potties

    I agree with the others. Self reliance is a key skill for ALL of life.

    I would recommend something like this rather than overspending the taxes I pay for enforcement of unnecessary codes and regs.
