Habits You Developed to Ensure Safety and Preservation of Your License

In my experience California doesn't mess with ya if you're doing 5mph over. In fact last week I was running 65 to keep up with flow of traffic. And mr DOT just rolled right by me. Not to say that there isn't one out there who would ticket me. I feel safer going with the flow than watching other vehicles dodge me.
