Had a dang accident n hoping to get CDL

It kinda sounds like it could be a double at fault and let the insurance handle it.

 

Trucking companies that have their own cdl school probably won't hire you until the wreck is resolved.
You can attend a private or community college cdl program though and get your cdl that way.
Some company will hire you either way.
If you attend a private or community college cdl school, make sure it's at least 160 hrs.

Have you ever ridden a motorcycle for any length of time, Coach? Probably not, I would guess. Not paying attention is almost guaranteed to get you dead. If this is the story you told the cops, and the car that was to your right was not involved, odds are really good you are at fault. The only way for you to have a head on is by one or both of you crossing each other’s path. Thing is, if I were an employer and you told me the above, regardless of what my insurance says, I wouldn’t hire you because your habit is to be inattentive when you need to be attentive.

I thought people liked to enjoy retirement. I guess if you want to work more hours in a week than you ever have before for retirement that's up to you. Just wanted to say that trucking isn't really a tourism job. You see things from the highway, and you have no way to stop to check out most things because you're up against the clock, and most places don't want trucks anywhere near them.

 

Don't admit fault. Maybe see a traffic lawyer to help you. You should say the other guy hit you.
The other guy is going to say you hit him, so fight back.

 

He said what he said I commend him for being honest. The police seem to be done with their investigation
