Was working on unstrapping a load and stepped on my bar on the edge of the deck. As soon as I lost my left foot off the edge I knew I was going down backwards. I somehow pulled off a perfect backwards roll with no injuries, but I don't want to test my acrobatics like that again. No more storing my bar along the edge of the trailer.
Had my first fall off the flatbed deck tonight.

I did the same thing only with a piece of dunnage, I fell back and hit the deck first then rolled off and hit the ground. Nocked the wind out of me but was ok otherwise.

Dad bought a brand new truck back when I was 16. I was walking down the frame while we were rigging it up and I slipped and fell between the frame and inside tire. Not fun.
