    I recently heard that DOT can now download your Qualcom at the scale.
    I'm running locally right now but am considering getting back otr on west coast runs.
    I imagine Ca would be one of the first to do this.

    Anyone had their Q-com downloaded and matched against their log book?
    If so, Where? How long did it take? How did you make out?

    And no, I don't need the lecture "if you're running legal it isn't a problem" Thanks

    They do have that ability. HOWEVER, most of them are not going to bother on a day to day basis. It is a tool they can use when you have an accident to prove that you where running illegal and that if you had been running legal you would have never been there. They can do the same thing with the ECM off your engine. Run legal and don't worry about it.
