    @silverspur Hair testing is best at detecting habitual drug use, which is why it's normally paired with a urine test, even for driving jobs outside of transportation.

    I don't think your hemp seed cereal will cause issues.

    I've eaten hamburgers with poppy seed buns the day before a random (UA) and I didn't pop for opioids, so I doubt that a bowl of hemp seed cereal (giving OP the benefit of the doubt here) will trigger a positive result on a hair follicle test.
