and i am wondering for an inexperienced driver should i just stick with them for a full year to get my experience and move on to a different company that requires at least 1 year OTR experience i am shooting for a local job sometime down the road so i am able to be home with the wife and kids any help or advice would be much appreciated![]()

Some companies will hire you with under 1 year but I wouldn't quit to look for a job. Its always seems easier to find a job when you still have one.
Alot of good companies will look at you as a person first over experience. I would just keep your driving record as clean as possible. -
if you can stand it just roll with it until you have that nice chunk of experience to move on with.

i never planned on quiting that would be to easy to be honest i am thankful that crengland gave me this opportunity to drive i have 2 old felonies 1 13 yrs old the other 11 yrs old having an unregistered firearm in my car and a threatening crime which is classified as a terrorist threat and i was the 1 who got hit LOL i figure if i was gonna stick with england i would either lease or do recovery thanks for your comments
