halfway through with my phase 2 training with england

    and i am wondering for an inexperienced driver should i just stick with them for a full year to get my experience and move on to a different company that requires at least 1 year OTR experience i am shooting for a local job sometime down the road so i am able to be home with the wife and kids any help or advice would be much appreciated:biggrin_25515:

    Some companies will hire you with under 1 year but I wouldn't quit to look for a job. Its always seems easier to find a job when you still have one.

    Alot of good companies will look at you as a person first over experience. I would just keep your driving record as clean as possible.

    if you can stand it just roll with it until you have that nice chunk of experience to move on with.

    i never planned on quiting that would be to easy to be honest i am thankful that crengland gave me this opportunity to drive i have 2 old felonies 1 13 yrs old the other 11 yrs old having an unregistered firearm in my car and a threatening crime which is classified as a terrorist threat and i was the 1 who got hit LOL i figure if i was gonna stick with england i would either lease or do recovery thanks for your comments
