    Lady called regarding one of the 3 apps I had put in, asked me about 10 questions then said she'd forward my app to the managers and they decide the next step. Now I'm "Under consideration"

    How long after you got the first call did you get another call to move on w the process? I just got my first call this morning. I applied last night, no oilfield experience, no cdl but I was told my application was going to be forwarded to a hiring manager. I’m trying to stay positive about it since I don’t have much under my belt! Would the next step me a phone interview? I’m assuming?
