Is there a way to optimize my route after adding all my stops for the day?

 

Hi @Rdcal , When you add all your stops, the Hammer App will automatically provide you with best routes to your destinations in the order they were entered.

 

If y'all have a wishlist of features, I would love an in app volume control. I run the app on a tablet in multi-window with Audible. Of course, I have the tablet's audio going to the truck radio. When the volume is decent for Audible, it is blaring to the point of distortion for Hammer.

 

Just saw that this exists... Shouldn't I get royalties or something? I mean it's named after me, and I am the Crusty Information Officer around here!

 

First thing I thought when I saw it!! lol

 

I’ve been using it for a month:
It will take you off the interstate if it shows it’s closed (like Wyoming during bad weather).
It annoys me when I approach a truck stop it asks me for the status about parking and it won’t go away until I do something to it and always resets to the route over view.
It’s very zoomed in once you start a new routing if you zoom out a white box will stay on screen telling you to recenter and if you hit it it zooms you in.

other than that it’s been perfect, keeps me on truck routes, using it in the NW and Midwest states where I run.

I don’t use the app often because I run a dedicate route but I do like to use it sometimes if there is accident to see if I can different route and to see if there is a low bridge.
