It used to be southern energy I ran for them for 2 yrs it is the same old story big money bought in and they got rid of the old oil guy that took care of his people moved the head of safety in charge of operations and for me it was down hill from there
I like many of the folks that work there but they can't seem to hold on to an account for any length of time so you run good then you starve
Has any one heard anything bad about Bridger llc?

Being around them, it seems they are struggling to get loads which leads to hauling oil regardless if its good or not, which leads them to being run off of sites. They are becoming the sign of doom to other haulers because once they start showing up lacts are going to start shutting down.

Where is this at?

All I can say is don't do it. It is to good to be true. They started out good and ever since they got rid of Vic. They have gone downhill fast. They can not keep oil, they have way to many drivers in areas and not enough work. They take entirely to much away from you. You have to pay for people net ( it doesn't work) insurance is way to high, if you use there fuelman card your charger a 2% fee. You pay for IFTA, and base plates on the tanker lease YOU are responsible for all maintenance including all inspections and repairs for something you will never own. Also most of their equipment is without warranty. You have to fight for your loads wait time pay. Reject pay. It goes on and on and on. Just don't do it. If your new they run you like crazy making you think what a great place it is, but once the newness wears off your sitting and waiting like the rest of us. Communication is next to nothing your lucky if you can get a answer from management and usually the answer is just hot air.
ammo Thanks this. -
Bridger is the worst company out there. They over promise and under perform. I work for them in Colorado, it was ok for a while but then they got a new AOM shawn who is lazy and a liar at best. There lead dispatch sue was fired from gibsons for taking bribes from o/o which I'm sure she is doing at Bridger also. They can't keep oil and guys are lucky if they get 1 load a day right now. You will fail as a owner operator if you go with them low rates, high payments and you will fight for your paycheck every month.
ammo Thanks this. -
Dont be fooled by their promises and faking numbers. I was their ND dispatcher for 18 months. When I started they already had a bad rap going on in ND. Worked everyday for 11 months no time off and given no respect from management. Built solid relationship with Whiting Oil, Kodiak and Slawson to have Dan Smith , Calvin Walker and Rebecca Bennett come in , lie and ruin the business. Dont know anything about this new Sue , but my name is Sue as well. I was fired October 2013 for sticking up for myself. Was tired of hearing how ignorant the truckers were and they were a bunch of liars. I received an email from their corporate attorney after I was fired, telling me they may have fired the wrong dispatcher because the pumpers from Whiting were passed that Rebecca Bennett could shut their wells in and blame me. Some of the lease operators bellied up with the new management, lied about me and then sniveled after they helped get rid of me, because now they werent being given fair dispatches. Being ran all over the country ... empty on their own dime. The lease is self serving. Everything is paid by the lease operator. You will not be respected. Every lease operator that has left has been served notice they owe Bridger from 10k to 30k for phoney bs. Bridger cant even get thier 1099's out correctly. Be very cautious.
