theres a smartphone app called grubhub that has all of the food delivery options around you and is free. ive used it quite a few times and it seems to work in larger metro areas well. not so well in the meat patch areas though
Has anybody ever ordered pizza delivery to the truck?

I have yes out of Paducah, KY. Guy had a hard time finding the truck. It was sitting at a Sam's club that I delivered to. I told him what color it was and what it said on the door and he drove by it like 4 times...

I have Pizza delivered to my truck often, also use Grubhub, and a couple of other food delivery apps.

Uber eats is the BOMB! I’ve had Hooters smoked wings delivered right to the truck in Erlanger Kentucky..
I have ordered food from Uber... ordered Pizza and Chinese many places locally. Just explain where you are with a valid address and it’s no problem usually....
Many times I had to walk to the front of the truck stop to meet driver...only suckers eat at Dennys and the Iron Skillet every night....
And PAY ATTENTION!!!
I am eating at a steak house tonight about 3 miles radius from 4 truck stops.... in VA. They have truck parking. I am the only truck here.... I know the other 4 truck stops are jammed packed.....
I’ll have a nice quiet night after a couple beers and a 12 oz NY strip, salad and loaded baked potato....
They will even fill my thermos with coffee so I don’t have to stop in the AM on my way out....Last edited: Jan 18, 2019

Ubereats, Grubhub, Doordash, Yelp all do food delivery. I have those apps, plus Jimmy Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominos and Blackjack Pizza apps on my phone. I have learned that with all of them, when delivering to the truck, put in the notes for the driver to call when departing the store so you can give them proper info. And as always tip well. There is a Blackjack Pizza in the Denver area that will no longer deliver to the truckstop as drivers never tip.

I've ordered papa johns to truck stops or shippers and I just put in the business location then add "driver call me on arrival" to the driver notes so I can direct them to my truck

Never have ordered pizza to a truck, but I have gotten myself delivered by the pizza delivery person.
Couple years ago back in the town I tried to go to college at for a football game weekend. Left the bar and got kind of turned around afoot. In my self admitted stupor, by the time I realized where I was at I realized I had gone a ways through town in the wrong direction.
I had already decided to venture to my place of sleep afoot due to closing time in a college town all the taxi's and ride services were like an hour plus out from giving me a ride.
Noticed a nearby pizza place. Walk in and order a pizza. When they handed me my pizza back, I reached in my wallet and pulled out either a $10 or $20, placed it on top of the box and asked if they could deliver the pizza, and while they were headed that way if I could catch a ride with them.
To my surprise it worked!Joho444, Wasted Thyme and dunchues Thank this.
