Has anyone actually ever sold their MC and company on here?

    People buy established MC's, so they can book loads under it and double broker them under different MC.
    Also a lot of people need a different MC to work for Amazon after their current MC rating goes to toilet in there

    Ah...

    I was under the impression folks were buying the whole company, not just the MC number. If you buy the whole thing, you can literally start rolling same day as everything would be intact. Legal ownership is merely paper trails. You can make a piece of paper read anything you want...

    Legal. You can buy it, update the MCS-150, transfer as the new owner. That will get you a new DOT#.

    Not so legal. Buy it and pretend you are the same owner. Ignore the MCS-150, Keep the same DOT#
    Keep the same insurance, until they catch it and cancel.
