Well...every time I went into the truck stop, the driver shelf was always empty. It still had the new driver smell though.
Has anyone ever seen evidence of the driver shortage?

Well you can believe what you want. I have never used a computer to look up directions. I have bought an extensive collection of Road maps. GPS is great for certain things if one is in a normal vehicle. I tried to use one years ago, but after the second time of getting me lost in areas that were unsavory. I figured out i could do better by a paper map of the area. I do not consider a GPS a computer, but an annoying electronic device that needs major upgrades to be accurate. Especially with the prices i have seen they are asking for those thing's. -

If you're comfortable with maps then there's no need to change but don't knock the usefulness of GPS. -
