Has anyone had problems getting loaded at Gerdau Ameristeel, Midlothian TX

One of the concrete pipe companies over here has chin strap rule because they class working on the trailer a height fall risk. They hand them out for free if you don't have one. It's get really hard to comply with all the rules over here a the moment the mining industry is really turn the whole place into a nanny state.
Wrong type of boots needs to be lace up
wrong type of shirt needs to be made from cotton (self ignition)
wrong shirt needs night refector strips in the middle of the day
wrong colour helmet
wrong colour shirt
need a ladder/ can't use a ladder

If only these ****heads were paying for all this I wouldn't have a problem and we never get told what is needed only ever find out when you turn up
