Has anyone seen this type of placard before?

I just went through the 2 year refresher class a week ago. Not a word was said about this new marking ( which we deal with almost daily )
I was just talking about the haz- mat endorsement yesterday, the cost and extra scrutiny along with fines ( never had one yet ) is making me wonder if its worth hauling the stuff.
One mistake can cost you more than you make all week.
