How hard was it to go from CA to GA with Linde? Do you keep your seniority?

I'm joining up with Linde in UT but in 4-5 years I might move. I prefer green to desert.

You can transfer ANYWHERE there’s a plant AND they have room for you….. first time I went to ga I went over to the plant (it’s not OUR PLANT it’s air products plant (that we share with them) I found out that they weren’t looking for any drivers …. BUT air products was looking for like 3 drivers, so I planned on just applying to them, bought a home down there the next day, flew home, then my manager told me a month later that they were now looking for a driver, I said I wanted to transfer and the rest is history…. It’s really painless on our (the drivers) part.

And all the humidity and crowds you could ever want?
Only 20% of the US population lives west of I-35 (Dallas to Minneapolis). 80% of the population lives east of I-35.

Translation: You don't have to get your fingerprints taken again. That's the only way the hazmat "transfers".
