Has your Dispatcher ever written you up for using the restroom?

Id be telling them to f off real quick

 

My DM is a woman and thinks I have a bad attitude because of my tone of voice and bluntness. Just the other day they had me try and check in with a bogus PO number, I ended up doing this 5 times and wasting a few hours until one of the numbers worked at the guard house. The whole time I’m going back and forth with my DM about their screw up. She didn’t like that, being implicated as incompetent. She even went so far as to say that maybe “this company isn’t for me”. I literally had to bite my tongue at that point, as I knew she was baiting me into saying something that crossed the line.

So now, I try to avoid phone conversations and just use simple electronic communication methods. I clearly run the miles and deliver on time, but she’s probably a snow flake. I know I’ll only be doing this for like 5 more months and then I’m back overseas.

If she is offended by a good driver, I have to wonder what the unproductive ones go through.
