Carriers register their SCAC with IANA and file their insurance along with the lines the carrier is able to interchange with.

The SCAC will be printed on the TIR for the load out.

The OP's SCAC won;t be registered with IANA so his insurance won't be recognized. Has to use the 'booked' carrier's info, should have contacted the broker before voiding out.
