Old 4in strap cut into 12" pieces. Lay 2 1x4 boards on the ground with a 4" gap between them. Staple one piece of strap near the end of each board.

Boards can be any length you choose.

I just used 1x4 pine and some old straps I had laying around. Once you get them cut to the length you want attach the straps to the boards with some small wood screws and make sure you use a flat washer on each screw. You can staple them but the screws last longer (assuming you're keeping them after this load)

Edit to add: I cut mine in 4' lengths so I can stow them easier on the side of my trailer.

SAR, Razororange and MJ1657 Thank this.

I called Hazmat to be certain......

No tanker required(although I have it) because its not bulk packaging.

They don't have to be banded together or shrink wrapped... just labeled.....

Im gonna go with the wood screws and washers.....thanks for everyones help

    G13Tomcat and MJ1657 Thank this.

They may not have to be but it certainly is safer if they are at least banded together.
