    The one time I drove his POS it wasn’t officially sold, and he supposedly had it insured. I now however question these things.

    I read the title and the first paragraph and have to make this statement.

    Number one rule is never go into business with a freind or relative.

    Rule number two is as important, never ever do favors for friends or relatives with your truck.

    You don't owe anyone an explanation, just say no.
