    I wouldn't get paid much if they did anyway! And that's true but for driving and heavy labor id expect much more

    I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it's nearly impossible to get a straight answer on this. My company, for example, keeps that as vague as possible, so I've pretty much developed my own policies.

    If someone has a paved driveway and it's relatively flat, I'll do what I can to accomodate them. If it's gravel and they're getting a +/- 200lb box that I can move with a hand truck, I'll do what I can to accomodate them, and by that I mean into the garage.

    Now, if someone has a gravel driveway AND I need a pallet jack to move their freight, they're SOL. It gets dropped at the curb and that's it.

    Yeah our company policy is first accessible place, whether the garage or first room excc... if its new construction, best effort but we don't climb or risk damage to person or property. A little different for me, i do 90 percent industrial level delivery, so where. Lull or bobcat can get to me, if its moffet delivery, i can dictate my location based on my discretion
